1. Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line-Extruder

The innovative design of buffer system decreases the main drive motors power needs, extrusion system reduces electrical consumption 30%.
The extrusion system with a large L/D allows for high efficiency and stable product extrusion.

2. Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line-Extruder Head

Adjusting the wall thickness only need to adjust the adjusting screw, no need to loosen and fasten the fasten screw. Smoother spiral channel ensures material extrusion in low temperature and low pressure, realize high efficiency with low energy consumption.

3. Forming Machine-Corrugator

The waterway of the forming machine connects to the baseboard directly not to the dies, this new design ensures the dies changing much more easily and protect the waterway. No-platform design ensures all the different dies have the same center height; this new design ensures the quick changing of the different dies.

4. Cooling Tank 

Environmentally Friendly: Water is totally recycled; High pressure and volume dryers ensure no water is left on the pipe; Cooling tank speed is synchronized with forming machine.

5. Cutting Machine–Corrugated Pipe Machine

The cutting machine is specially designed for the HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Machine cutting configuration, which greatly meets many requirements. Double blade with chips, dustless cutting realizes no noise, no dust cutting, improving the production environment.

6.Air and Water Control Console–Corrugated Pipe Machine

The extruder head, the water,the air, the vacuum, dies, cooling jacket water discharge device are assembled in one place.It is more convenient to monitor and operate.

7. Automatic Control System 

Logic and temperature control system adopting Schneider and  Siemens high-performance PLC and its low-voltage electrical appliances, it is fast and stable for HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Machine
The use of solid-state relay greatly prolong the temperature control’s maintenance-free time, and realize frequent intervention temperature control to each part.
