1. Extruder- Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line
The extruders of 90, 120, 150 adopt big diameter ratio screw which with special mixing section.it is with good plasticizing effect, high yield, and wide adaptability to raw materials;
The screw’s feeding section which is spiral buffer design, cooling water direct cooling, and automatic temperature control system improve the efficiency of the feeding end, and no impact;
Alloy double metal screw and screw tubes effectively improve wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and prolong using life to 2-3 times.
The extruder is provided with a fine adjustment base which is convenient to connect with the extrusion die head;

2. Extruder Die Head-Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line

4. Cooling Tank

5. Cutting Machine
The cutting machine is specially designed for the corrugated pipe cutting configuration, which greatly meets many requirements. Double blade with chips, dustless cutting realizes no noise, no dust cutting, improving the production environment.
The innovative technology of signal trigger cutting ensures the accuracy of the cutting. Independent control system, easy to match with a variety of production lines. Turntable bearings, linear guide rail and Italy imported hydraulic system ensure the accuracy and stability of the operation effectively
6.Air and Water Control Console
The extruder head, the water,the air, the vacuum, dies, cooling jacket water discharge device are assembled in one place.It is more convenient to monitor and operate.
7. Automatic Control System
Logic and temperature control system adopting France Schneider and Germany Siemens high-performance PLC and its low-voltage electrical appliances, it is fast and stable. The use of solid-state relay greatly prolong the temperature control’s maintenance-free time, and realize frequent intervention temperature control to each part.
The temperature control accuracy can reach to ±0.5 degrees. AC or DC system are imported brands, Extrusion forming and post-cutting, stacking real-time is running synchronously, and adjust the cutting traction speed according to the synchronous signal. The entire production process section can be achieved unattended.
