Single Screw Extruder: The extruder adopts ceramic heating, low-noise fans, high-speed hardness surface gear box, with oil-cooling system of a special slotted feeding sets, great output, low consumption, excellent plasticizing.
Extrusion mould: The material of the extrusion mould is high-quality alloy steel 40Cr through the nitriding handling can be service long life.
Vacuum calibrating water tank: Body with high hardness, high-quality stainless steel and bronze calibrating sleeve. Three-dimensional adjustment of the upper and lower left can be realized.
Water spray tank: The body of the tank is made of stainless steel and covered by the transparent pvc curtain. Adjustable upper and lower rack.
Melting Glue extruder: High speed and efficiency screw adopts ceramic heating. Slotted Barrel assures the glue extrude.This extruder is synchronized with the spiral forming machine through the precise system control.
Spiral forming machine: Frequency conversion, FUJI invertor. Design of the forming machining make the pipe winding accurate and stable from different angel.
Cutting machine: Special saw cutting machine is designed for spiral pipe line. It can automatic cutting.
